Might be a posty day?

November 5th, 2006 (07:37 pm)

Hopped by Hakusensha's HtY site and noticed that they updated the site for the next issue. ^_^

There's a brief blurb for FB saying:

Thank-you, everyone!
Furuba has finally reached the final chapter.

Super miracle hit 12-shi drama.
The tracks of Tohru & Kyo and the 12shi's warm future...

Now to get started on Kokumono 21. >_<;; I still need to fight with Azureus some more for settings. Bittorrent went flakey after I'd upgraded to the latest version. >_<;

Ginny, Heather and Ysa: Stuff #2 will be coming in soon.

^^; I know what you mean although I've definitely been moving away from it over the past few months what with Kokumono and now Shoumyou and GH. ^^;

Summertime // Ayu [by _moonangel_]

Part of me is sad that it's gonna end with the next chapter, but the other part of me is going "whooo!" since the last chapter will come out on my last day of finals :D That is definitely something to look forward to!

And I should really study for my finals instead of lurking around LJ :D;; The day they introduced me to LJ is the day I sold my internet freedom.

Why bother with Azureus?

Why bother with Azureus? It sucks. For a non-Windos OS its O.K. but it still is too resource heavy. There are others that are more efficient.

i thought you were in Japan now? you still home?
any interestin knitting projects?
SOOO excited...my cousin's mother-in-law's best friend (heh-heh...that'a mouthful, eh?) has her own farm where she spins her own wool! she works at this famous woolen mill here in scotland. I got a whole buch of cashmere skeins the other day for free!!! she imports alot of stuff. Not only that, on friday, i am going to the woolen mill to meet her, where i will be able to get yarns for cost! (she had this incredible italian wool for only $5 a skein!!).
if you are looking for anything, let me know. Be happy to pick up some DIRT cheap wool for ya and send it out. ^^ i mean, these are BARGAIN prices!

righ. hope you are well! thanks for subbing! i am watching episode 20 this week.

Eep! I think I forgot to reply to this earlier! I'm really sorry about that. -_-;

I was in Japan but have since come back. I think, just as I came back you left on vacation (or something like that). ^_^ I think I'm a lot late in saying that I'd be more than willing to take wools into the house, and will comment how very jealous I am that you're going out to a mill. :P

Enjoy your trip! ^___^

ima content gurl

no worries!
how was japan?

actually, girl, you are in luck! Jean, who runs the yarn section of the mill and is the spinner, told me, she will ship any of the wool.
the stuff is sooo cheap! i got about..oh, ....15 skeins or so for 25 pounds! and, it's not CHEAP wool. I got merino, cashmere, angora and those great italian funky ones(you know with the multi colours and ribbons) AND she threw in two of her hand-spun scottish wools!!

she told me that she would be happy to ship more to me. The thing with jean's lot is that she gets them for NOTHING from this yarn buyer she knows in italy. so, it's hard to get 8 or nine skeins of the same variety. I was able to get nine skeins of one. the rest are like 3-4 skeins each. But, i don't care..with wool that cheap..i'll make socks, hats, scarves, toys...whatever! ^^
so, i can still get wool for you.I can see if Jean has email. I have her physical address. I have to send a thank you card to her. so, i will ask her about email. then, maybe you can get stuff from her directly!

also, i head back in early march, so, you can always give me requests then, too. ^^

That makes me feel all warm inside. I know we will not be disappointed with the last chapter. I can't wait!

(What is GH, Shadow?)

GH = Ghost Hunt. It's an anime series that just started this season based originally on a novel series (published by Teen Heart and by White Heart) by Ono Fuyumi (12 Kokuki) which also has an ongoing manga version by Inada Shiho. The manga follows the novels quite closely although there is one story that wasn't in the novels that's at the end of... the fourth manga volume. The novels have long had a following, and except for a final novel release (in White Heart), they have all been out of print for the past few years (much to many people's dismay in Japan). ^^;

Just wondering if you got my email about the person stealing your Furuba translations. I looged on today to find they've done it again with chapter 134. We've contacted three sites so far and are trying to contact a fourth.

Oh my gosh, Furuba is ending??! I haven't been following it as closely, so I guess I should catch up once I get some time... (But at least the ending sounds like a happy one! ^_^)
